Bought a campagnolo 11s cassette to fit my new wheel and a campagnolo 11s chain to fit my new cassette.
Open the box and see this.
Obviously I don't have the special campagnolo tool to work my campagnolo chain to fit my campagnolo cassette.
Can I use the chain tool included in my 10€ all-in-one tool set?

My shit-bike (90's MTB found on the street and turned commuter) needed new brakes, the springs were worn out and slightly bent and we're not doing their job properly.
I decided to canibalize another shit-bike I had laying around which breaks looked in better shape.
But the "new" breaks are super soft and not breaking properly. Changed the pads back. It had some effect on the front break but nothing changed much for the rear break. Did some tuning as well but to no avail.
What am I missing?
