So basically since last night a tiny car has been constantly meowing and running around hungrily in the house opposite to mine. I tried feeding her kitten milk and some dry food but she does not eat it. I genuinely don’t know what to do. I already own 3 cats and my mom wont let me keep this one. And to make matters worse the lady of the opposite house had the audacity to pick the kitty up and throw it to the next house. Like how can you not have a heart😭Please do let me know of some good rescue places around here
