I'm completely lost and need some help regarding my Vanguard Pro 96
Opening iCUE I'm greeted with the same message in the top right every time stating my Vanguard Pro 96 has a firmware update available and I can install it through the firmware portal. Every time I go to update it through the portal however, the firmware portal doesn't display any new updates for the keyboard at all. I've tried resetting the keyboard, I've tried a fresh install of iCUE, I've searched for literal hours trying to find the firmware files to install manually, all to no avail. I even tried using the AI assistant to get some sort of answer, and it just closed itself and won't re-open after I sent the issue. I'm not sure what other options I have other than just junking this thing and getting a new keyboard entirely, but if someone out there knows what's going on and how to fix it, please help me before I blow another $200 on a keyboard
