Uncontrollable hand tremors Male 18 185 cm tall and overweight

I am experiencing hand tremors after doing yard work I’ve been drinking plenty of water however I’ve been skipping meals and attempt to lose weight. I don’t know what’s going on. I also have a history of headbanging. Show for the past 12 or so years every night I do hit my head against my forearms to sleep. I don’t know if that’s relevant or not. I am also on blood thinners and I’m aware of the possibility of maybe a brain bleed

I like older people

I am 18 but since I was 14 and I was first groomed i’ve been seeking out people much older than me to date. It’s even gotten to the point when I was 16 I was actively seeking out pedophiles today because they made me feel loved and I usually try to date or interact with people much older than me like double my age, and I don’t necessarily know if it’s bad or not I’ve been told by many people, including my parents that it’s fine but recently one of my newer friends told me that it’s wrong I also want to make it clear. That yes I was sexual with these people when I was younger.

EDIT y’all are some fucking creeps since posting this I have gotten so far a few people in my inbox trying to pray on me because I liked older people I’ve been proceeded justify it when I called them out on it.
