S2OH assistance
I have been working on my shoulder to over head for a few weeks. Specifically my push press and split jerk.
For reference my numbers are
Strict press: 245 lbs
Push press: 245 lbs
Strict press : 255 lbs
I know they should be higher since my strict press is good. But I do not have the proper technique in order to do so. I had a hard time locking my elbows out and also getting under the bar. Any tips would be appreciated. See video below
