Sink Options

My son wants to have a food truck, but he can't afford that right now. He wants to start with a pop up food booth at local events. The health department is requiring two sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Are there any affordable options that would fit into his car?

He is a single dad with two kids and it would be great if this worked out for him because it would enable him to earn money on his own crazy schedule.

Mav with Two Yaks in the Back

It looks sketchy but it works fine. The noses of the kayaks are hooked onto those clips in the front of the bed, then they are strapped down in the back. EDIT: THERE IS MORE THAN ONE PICTURE.
