Anyone else feeling uneasy despite being a long-term investor?

I have been investing for the last 2.5 years, 60k in Navi Nifty 50 and 66k in Parag Parikh Flexi Cap every month.
I still believe in long-term investing and I am continuing my SIPs, but honestly, the current market situation has been making me uneasy lately. I know volatility is normal, but it still gets to you sometimes.

I am planning to upgrade my stock MRF tyres, as they don’t inspire much confidence at higher speeds in highways. I enjoy spirited driving and frequently navigate pothole ridden roads around Whitefield, Bengaluru.
