Renovated Prospect Heights 1-Bed Available July 1 or Later - $3350!
Hi! Renting my lovingly renovated 1-bed in Prospect Heights as early as July 1. This has been a dream place in a dream neighborhood for me, and I hope it can be for you as well! A brand new grocery store is about to open across the street (Urban Market), and Radio Bakery is two blocks away. See below for tons of details.
- Open House: Saturday, June 13 from 11am-1pm. I can't do earlier or individual tours, wish that I could!
- Monthly rent: $3350
- Security deposit: $3350
- Application fees: $375 (co-op fees, I don't make the rules!)
- Move in date: As early as July 1, or any time in July
- Length of lease: 1 year minimum
- Location: 400 Lincoln Place, Brooklyn. Cross streets Lincoln and Washington
Little things in the apartment that I love: The built in desk! It has an embedded wireless charger and outlets everywhere, including a hidden one inside of a drawer. All of the built-ins have soft-close drawers. Every light switch has been updated to a push-button style and every light has a dimmer. Built in dish soap dispenser by the sink - thrilling to me. The steam radiators are output-adjustable. The bathroom...my favorite room in the place. If you like baths, it's heaven.
