AT&T bill going from $211 to $338 after adding iPad Pro, does this sound right?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to understand my AT&T wireless bill and I’m hoping someone with AT&T billing experience can help.

My current bill is about $211/month for 3 phone lines. And I have 2 phones which are on installments. I recently added an iPad Pro, and I was told the iPad would be around $30/month for the device installment plus about $20/month for the tablet line.
And all the lines are on Value Plus VL

Because of that, I expected my bill to go up by around $50–$60/month, maybe a little more with taxes and fees. But my upcoming bill is showing around $338/month, which is about $127 higher than my current bill.

The AT&T rep also told me that if I add one more line, my bill could become cheaper, but I’m confused about how adding another line would lower the total bill.

P.S. : With the activation fee and everything, first months’ total is $486 and few cents. and after that it shows it is gonna be $338. Thanks for all the input
