Learnings from a past few months, do you agree?

Few things from running local SEO for clients the past few months:

- Low resolution rank tracking is misleading. 7x7 grids show one picture, 13x13 shows another. Stopped trusting anything under 100 points.

- GBP changes move rankings faster than anything I do on the website. Category swaps, posts etc. On-page work and links take way longer to show results in comparison.

- Slow steady reviews beat batches. Clients with 4-5 a month consistently outperformed ones who did big pushes and went quiet.

- Generic AI content is mostly garbage out of the box. Same phrasing, no local context, identical CTAs across pages. Have to rewrite half of it anyway.

Am I wrong on any of this? What's working for you?
