Watch surroundings /Beware
There is a man walking around off Central near Lincoln and Washington Ave wearing a mask, black winter hat, gloves, a hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a black belt. He tried approaching me by waving and continued walking toward me and tried to stop me in my tracks. I had to get loud and draw attention in public before he finally backed off and walked away.
It was broad daylight, which honestly makes it even more unsettling. Please stay aware of your surroundings in that area. I feel like I may have seen similar posts before, so I wanted to say something in case anyone else encounters him.
Sorry I do not have a picture right now. I was honestly in fight or flight mode at the time.
Also yes I did call the police too, and they will be monitoring the area.
