just so you know the title is a positive thing and not negative. the leash the addiction has over me is loosening a lot. i can easily get streaks of 10 days. but i always relapse even when not overwhelmed from urges because of boredom. but then i immediately get back to having long streaks without any urge resistance. i am making this post to ask what i should do in this case? i truly believe if this keeps up until the next ramadan i will be able to quit completely
