Adobe Acrobat freeze PC when using draw tool
Hi everyone,
I'm facing a very specific and reproducible issue with Adobe Acrobat DC on Windows 11 and I need help
As soon as I use the "Draw" / "Comment" tool in Acrobat (even just selecting it), the entire PC freezes completely and becomes unresponsive.
I thought it was some input/touchscreen problem as I was using a pen, but it's the same if I use a simple mouse
If I use Edge or other apps to open the PDF, there's no problem
Anyone else experiencing freezes specifically with the Draw/Comment tools?
Is this a known issue with version 21563?
What I tried
Reinstalling the app, even deleting temporary or system folders in program files and appdata
Disabling protections in preferences -> advanced protection
Disabling new Acrobat
Reinstalling entire Windows 11
What can I do? Thanks in advance!
