I’m looking for rental homes 3/2 , I am new to the area and I’m struggling to find one due to a negative credit score , I have no judgements/evictions/bankruptcys. I have well established income and a positive rental history. My credit is negative from medical bills from my daughter being in the nicu. Any suggestions ?
