it clearly says 20% off Enclave Spa, but when I tried to purchase it, the price remains original price.... disappointed.

I was hoping everyone can shed some light on my case here. Air Canada denied my claim right away

my flight on Mar 14th, 2026 AC 273 was delayed/cancelled/resumed. basically, we were supposed to get on the the plane which takes off from Van to Kelowna( AC 272), somehow, that flight took off made it to Kelowna( no landing) then went straight back to Van. We were never given reason as why( Air Canada said it was weather related when they denied my claim) Then, Air Canada said AC273 might be cancelled, I waited in the airport, then we were told we'd fly out around 4:30pm( originally 10:25 am). because this was an international flight for me, I missed AC 29 Van to Beijing. while I checked in in Kelowna, I asked Air Canada to see if they can put me on a different flight to Beijing. They said they would put me on Cathay departure Mar 15th, 1:30am. They issued me a paper ticket. I thought It was all good. When I arrived to Van, it was 6pm, Cathay counter doesn't open till 3 hours prior to boarding. So I waited till 10pm only to be told by Cathay they were fully booked, Air Canada actually put me on their waiting list. At that point, Air Canada was still adamant that there was a ticket number, so I shouldn't be on waiting list. Eventually an Air Canada senior manager helped me and put me on their flight from Van to Bangkok then to Beijing which I had to wait for almost 24 hours( flight departs 11:30pm on Mar 15th) and the total traveling time was much longer via that route. what was worse was it was spring break, and there was some big conference taking place in Van, then it was almost midnight, all the hotels were booked, there were a few vacant ones around Canada Place and it costs close to $800 per night.... anyway, when I arrived to Beijing, it was already Mar 17th, 2026 late in the afternoon, I was originally supposed to land on Mar 15th, 2026 afternoon. I think Air Canada made mistake of issuing me ticket to a full flight. I think I deserve some kind of compensation of the my time. I believe BC small court does charge a fee, depends on how much am I looking, I think it can be as little as $100 or more. does everyone I have a case here or I will waste the filing fee for nothing? thank you
