Exhaust Laws VS Culture?

I bought my bike in Spokane after living there a few years but moved back home to Skagit County. Over in Spokane it's super common for aftermarket exhausts to be normal but over here it's like no one has one? I've had so many people ride past me and not heard them or barely noticed them come by. Do people just actually get ticketed for them here? Spokane was hella lax which I don't think was great, but I also don't get ticketing for it either when it's not really crazy loud for most motorcycles. Is it a culture thing here vs there or is it more harsh? Over here tabs need renewed because they'll find a reason to add that to your ticket, over there I saw tabs from 96' as an example of enforcement differences.

Cat smell

So basically long story long, I moved in with my boyfriend and we have 5 cats. One of our rooms has been smelling really badly like cats at the start of living together. The smell was really good because I was constantly cleaning the litterbox, mopping, sweeping, and we have the laminate floors, and that made it a lot easier. However, I had 1 week that I stopped doing it. Because I was too tired and depressed and the smell has not gone away since. Because we have been in an area which is hotter, It's been worse because the windows can't be open while the AC is on and I can't cleanup the litter boxes as much.

My boyfriend does it but doesn't do it as soon as they poop. We have 4 boxes, but one is in the garage because one cat cannot handle another kitty anywhere around her. I'm not sure what to do about the smell because it was a lot easier to keep out versus get rid of once it's come. I did swap litter from the purina Tidy cats or whatever to a costco scoop away litter due to cost but im also wondering if that's contributing. I'm not sure if this contributes to the smell or not but we do a deep flush and renew litter about every week and our boxes are stainless steel.

We also have air purifiers always running because of allergies, and I have a few plants around that are cat safe, and I was told that the more plants you have the better air quality. However, I don't think that's gonna be enough to ever have an impact on it. I'm at a loss as to what to try.

Edit I also wondering if it might be our couch because it's more fabric and I know fabric tends to absorb smell or odors more. I also wondered if it's the cat towers and mattresses, contributing to this. And if so, if it's possible to help it other than fabric sprays and a carpet cleaning vacuum on the areas. If it's on the floors and stuff, and just general odor I genuinely am not sure what to do. i am very self conscious of the smell and don't feel like I can invite friends over at all.

New job help

I'm 23f and just started my first job of of college. I did an internship in external audit at a mid-size firm that gave me very little knowledge because their answers to my questions were "you'll get the hang of it just use PY" which led to me not understanding or knowing anything. Cue to now, I started a job in internal audit and am really struggling with the workload because I'm working really slow and making a lot of mistakes.

They say it's normal but I feel like a hot mess and am terrifie. My anxiety makes me feel like I'm going to be fired for how much I'm screwing up. The first day was a shadow and taking notes but they feel unhelpful because questions keep coming up and I keep losing where I'm at and what I'm doing, even mixing up internal audits for different departments. They keep asking me what I'm working on but sometimes I know but don't know what it's called or how to articulate it because there's like 10 different softwares and we print so many different reports.

I really think I could be good at this and learn it well, but keep wishing I could go in on my time off to go through processes without anyone watching and at my snail pace. I've been told that's not possible though.

What are some tips and tricks and things that helped you guys organize yourself? How can I grab onto things more quickly and make less mistakes? Any tips I would be grateful for.

edit: made the account to ask advice if that matters for reddit mods.

edit: I created a reddit account just to get help if that matters for mods since it's a brand new account.
