Hey everyone, I’m having trouble making a proper latte with my Agaro Imperial. I’m using full-fat milk, but it gets really bubbly and frothy every time I steam it, and I end up with something closer to a cappuccino than a latte.
I’m trying to get that smooth, silky microfoam that’s ideal for a latte. Could someone please guide me on the right steaming technique, especially how much air I should be introducing and how I can avoid creating too much foam?
Any tips from Agaro Imperial users would be greatly appreciated!
