How would you compare a medium them909 to a USD sway size 41-42 or the 42.5-43 fit wise? are they wider? deeper or shallower toe box?

Just for context im getting so burnt out on trying to find my goldilocks boot. So far 909s in medium are the closest. I just have a little too much forward toe room even in crown liners.

ive got a 275mm mondo 105mm width, a high instep and baby deer ankles.

Themskates size chart shows that 275mm should work for their shmedium, but im assuming its a downsize proportionally, and that would make the skate thinner and the toebox shallower than the 909M when all i want is it to be less long. anything else would likely create pressure points on the top and sides of my feet.

From what ive looked up and asked around about, a lot of people seem to teeter on the themskates/sway line. Im starting to think the 42.5-43 sway might be what im looking for. Has anyone got any experience on the sway vs them909 to give me their comparison?

How many pairs of skates did you go through until you realized you have two different size feet? 🥴

Mondo is the same on both feet, but I guess since my ankle injury I’ve babied my left foot so long that my right foot is “taller” than my left… if that’s a thing.

Even after trimming the boot and liner, I still get tough pressure points even before the laces on my right foot.

Aeons have a shallow toe box which is snug on my left foot but CRUSHING my right.

Any other freakish foot bladers in here have a solution? I’m thinking of getting some 2nd skins eventually maybe JUST to wear on my right foot if blade time/ heat moulding doesn’t work

Taking it easy til I get shin guards and ankle braces. I don’t have the same bones from 17yrs ago lol.

Finally got the remz to feel more comfy. I am so out of shape, but being back on blades has been a blast.
