1st Pic: My dog recently developed this eye condition which I am not sure about. I live outside and he lives with my parents. When I came back, the vet gave him some injections which were mostly some kind of antibiotics etc. and a steroid eye-drop. It didn’t work that much.

I am in India, and unfortunately, I don’t trust the vet anymore. He is supposedly one of the best vets in my area and I have already tried getting him treated with two other vets.

2nd pic: This pic is his usual self, before the condition arised. You can see that this red skin/tissue was not always visible.

Please advise me.
