I'm going to be in town from Thursday morning to Sunday morning. There will be 2 adults traveling. We are flying in and staying a few blocks from city hall. We are going to the mutter museum and eastern state Penn but want the flexibility of going other places. Is it more cost effective and convenient to get a transpass+ or just pay as we go with a reloadable card?
