Amazon SysDev-1: Cleared interviews, recruiter discussed compensation, then offer got cancelled due to "business requirement changes". What are my chances now?

I recently interviewed for an Amazon SysDev-1 position. I cleared all the interview rounds, including the debrief/Bar Raiser, and the recruiter called to let me know that I had passed the interviews and that they would be rolling out an offer.

We even had a discussion about compensation, and the recruiter said they just needed final approval from the Hiring Manager before releasing the offer.

However, the very next day, the recruiter called again and said that the Hiring Manager informed them there had been some business requirement changes, so they were no longer able to move forward with the offer for that particular position.

The recruiter also mentioned that she is trying to find another Hiring Manager who has an open SysDev-1 role so that I can be placed there instead.

\->Has anyone been in a similar situation?

\->What are the chances that I'll actually get matched with another team?

\->Does clearing the interview loop make internal team matching easier?

Is this something that usually works out, or should I prepare for the possibility that nothing happens and I eventually get ghosted?
