I recently picked Returnal up again, aiming for the Platinum trophy. I played it again almost immediately after Saros, but I've been struggling with this game even more. It feels like I need to adjust my playstyle/approach to the game.
Maybe it's because I tried to avenge the corpse all the time? Those things are way tankier than normal enemies.
It's really addictive once it clicks. The game is not easy for casual gamers, but having the right modifiers will help a lot.
I beat the first boss, and trying out the 2nd biome already. During the upgrade process, there's one skill in the skill tree that requires me to beat the first boss before I can upgrade further.
Problem is, I beat the first boss already (3 times to be exact), but the game still wouldn't let me upgrade. Has anyone encountered this issue?
Anyone knows the condition to get S+ rank on main story? Do I need to play on specific difficulty?
Also, has anyone encountered the glitches trophies for defeating an enemy with a critical shot, and the one that you have to execute an injured enemy? I've been popping off heads with critical shots, but the trophy hasn't unlocked so far, same with the execution one.
