Thank you
I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout out and thank you to all the nurses and doctors at North Shore Public Hospital.
From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. The place was absolutely packed with people dealing with serious injuries and difficult situations, from broken arms to head injuries and everything in between. I knew my eye issue wasn’t the most urgent problem there, but the staff still kept me updated, looked after me, made sure I was fed and hydrated, and treated me with genuine care.
When it was finally my turn, the doctor was fantastic. They took the time to explain everything, talked me through the procedure, and answered every question I had, which made a stressful situation a lot easier.
This is really just a thank you and a reminder of how lucky we are to have a public health system where you can walk into a hospital needing help and walk out feeling better, cared for, fed, and without having to worry about a bill.
To all the nurses, doctors, and staff working at North Shore Public Hospital, thank you for the work you do. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
The BUZZ
For anyone thinking of getting into FPV and then building your own drone. DO IT! The experience you get from researching, building and then flying something you have made for the first time is by far the best feeling and one I just experienced finally today after finishing building my 2” axis last night. 100% RECOMMEND.
