Ender 5 MAX - problem on 1° big print

Hi! I'm new to printing big projects on FDM and also new to printing on a Ender 5 MAX... I've printed both the spatula 1º print that comes with the printer pendrive (using the creality hyper PLA) and the Kickstarter & Autodesk collab 3D printer test (using eSun PLA - basic), both went well so I jumped off to start a bigger project: a bust expositor (400mmX400mm) using the eSun PLA basic as well. Part of the print failed because the support broke and some parts of the print are open but they're fine on the 3D model... I suppose the problem is with my support's walls for the first issue, but I have no idea why is there holes on my print when the model is ok...
I'm uploading photos of Creality Print 7.1 slicer's setup (both of the printer and for the filament) + some photos of my test print and the fail big print... any help will be appreciated!
