Is the luxury apartment experience better than a conventional one?

Not gonna lie, I am lowkey getting tired of my current apartment complex. The owners are absolutely garbage, the residents are extremely entitled and my complex was built in the 90's. We get leaks, AC stop working everytime. It's extremely vexing. I've heard that luxury apartments might be better since most of them are newer and are in better condition. Do you all think it's worth it? What are your experiences?

I like the industry but at times it's tiring

I come from hospitality so I can understand stressful industries. The bonuses and the benefits for property management are pretty cool depending on the company of course but god it has its nuisances and mentaly draining. Owners being greedy and adding additional fees, pressure of leasing, assisting residents and companies not giving good training. I enjoy it but at times it can be depressing.
