I applied to a handful of these and haven’t heard back from any even for first round. They all closed by April 10. I had them flagged too because of past congressional experience. Is it too late and should I give up hope?

I’m an EP. My flight in August is showing C inventory and availability but the AA agents can’t see it and can’t upgrade me, even though I have a systemwide upgrade requested. What’s going on? I know the flight is far out still but thought C inventory meant upgrades were available.
