Bought this on ebay and seller said he got it from a vending machine. Found some albeit very few listing with the seam running through the top instead of the bottom like this one. Anyone had the same experience with AH booster bundle?

Purchased 2x Pokémon Day 2026 collection off eBay, and both came like this. The sides are hot-glued, and there’s even leftover glue on the outside. Is this normal? I know it’s a cheap and new product, but should I be concerned that they might be resealed?
