Had a customer do a cash return expecting cash in return, had a tantrum on the policy. Asked to see our policy and we did. It showed that he has to wait 4 days for a check. Starts showing us Google’s automated gemini response that he should be able to get his cash back.

AI user customers finally getting a taste of their medicine because everything in the internet is slop.

I am just curious about MTs with no experience with Sherwin. How does the program feel overall ?

I have been asked for feedback by my CM and his right hand guy but I was already a paint monkey 5 years ago so I thought the program was aight but they asked me to imagine if I wasn’t experienced and I said it might be too overwhelming depending on how busy the store gets or what kind of manager you end up with.
