[TW: dysphoria, idk] Bringing HRT through the UA-PL border

Hey. Sorry for writing in English again. My Polish is awful and I don't really know the slang for these terms in Polish.
So I (19MtF) made a post before about this where I said I was going to come through Ukraine to Poland since my GF might finally have a place for me to stay at, yes, however as my trip is closer and closer I'm really worried that I'm going to have to fucking give up on HRT or something. Sure I might have money to buy a new vial but I feel terrible because I wasted my friend's money that she sent me a while ago for me to buy one here in Ukraine.
I know, like, just send it over or something, right? There's Nova Post and they have offices all around Poland and Ukraine so I could ask my aunt to ship it to me but I asked a DIYer I bought from and she said her parcel got seized in Poland when she sent it. I don't know. Are there even any checks for sending stuff like this? I haven't found much but here we just use the local mail service and nobody really cares.
Sure I could wait it out or something until I can get a new vial but it's probably not good for me and I still have to answer in front of that friend (I did tell her about this but she didn't really say anything about it). I already had to wait until my mom would leave for work so I could inject and I would end up skipping a week or even two weeks to take the shot at the right time (which I guess it would have been better if I took one as soon as possible when she isn't home).
Basically I have no clue what to do because I have like a week left before I get on the bus with my belongings and leave (I would have a lot of stuff like my PC in a box, backpack, guitar and suitcase) and the authorities would definitely be suspicious because I'm an adult traveling with a bunch of stuff alone. I would show them that I have withdrawn enough money for 2 weeks or a month worth of stay (1000-2500 pln if I recall correctly depending on how long I stay since it's 75 pln per day) and my arrival and return tickets as well as medical insurance and all the legal documents (international passport, birth certificate, military document since I can leave until I turn 23, UA passport). They started attacking my region more often with fucking missile barrages and I might have to leave sooner.
What the hell do I even do anymore? Like what, do I have to like fucking detrans or something because I can't bring my HRT with me and I fucked over a friend despite not knowing that any of this would happen (the friend that told me I could stay with him in Germany and then my GF saying she could house me for a week or two didn't happen until like late July and she probably doesn't mind and understands)? I know this probably sounds rude to people who haven't started or don't plan on taking HRT but I don't mean it in an invalidating way to anyone else, just me and myself alone.
I probably won't be able to figure out how to get it in Germany and in Poland I don't know what I'll do when the day comes to take my injection again. Is it fine if I just wait it out for two to three weeks and then get a new vial somehow? Even if they're all probably fucking sold out anyway? Should I risk getting my aunt to send me over the vial through Nova Post from Ukraine to Poland if that's even an option and it won't get seized?

Going through Poland from Ukraine to Germany

Hello. I (19MtF) am coming to visit my girlfriend either at the end of this month or the next month. After the visit I would be going to Germany to stay with my friend since he said he could house me indefinitely as my partner can't at the moment (but might in the future). Initially I wanted to simply transit through Poland to Germany but I might need help with my luggage as I'm bringing my PC and guitar with myself due to requiring those for work and studies in the future (not to mention it's my only source of income at the moment as I have a few commissions I literally require these belongings for e.g. 3D art and music). My girlfriend agreed to meet up with me and after some time we figured out we could stay at a spare place for a short amount of time (garden home/summer house) but long term staying there would not be feasible there.

All that being said, I am concerned with the border crossing as I need to bring my HRT vial (EEn 0.5g 10ml) with myself. Unfortunately due to how convoluted the legal route for transitioning is in Ukraine, I wasn't able to change my documents or get a prescription. Not to mention, my country is fighting a defensive war and the only way to get a diagnosis is to stay at a hospital in Kyiv (which is unfortunately being constantly attacked on the daily) for 2 weeks and then pray that a yearly gathering of doctors deems you "trans enough".
I asked a person that travels from Ukraine to Germany regularly and she said if it's just one they shouldn't really care. I've been on hormones for a while and my body has visibly changed, so I don't know if that would make me more suspicious to authorities. Probably, I don't know.

The other thing that worries me is proving to the authorities that I'm going through based on the visa-free travel policy.
I mean yes, I have my international travel passport, my Ukrainian passport, my army document that's still valid till late 2027 (and since I'm under 23 they should let me pass through the border even if my passport has the wrong gender), a ticket from UA to PL and a return ticket from Poland to Ukraine and EU-wide medical insurance (30,000 EUR coverage). I would also withdraw some money (100 EUR probably) in cash or put them on my Ukrainian bank account and get a balance statement as a PDF if that's actually recognized by the guards as valid info.

I asked my grandma that went to Poland recently to stay with her relatives in the Balkans and she said that even with that they still had to show them a 1 day hotel reservation to the border guard for them to let them through and with my luggage they would get suspicious and think I'm staying for longer because I mean come on, who would bring a whole desktop tower with themselves and a guitar and like other stuff for a "one day" trip?
Yeah, I know, "sell that shit, what the fuck are you thinking? are you even a fucking refugee at this point?", except I literally need those things for commission work and it's the only way I can make money on my own until I can get a job in Germany with the social programs there. We could in theory rent a room for two days but that's it, it's already expensive as is.
Maybe she could write an informal letter but I really doubt it'll have any legal merit. I mean, she could write that "yeah we will stay at this address" and I show them this letter and tell them about this address, they check that it's valid and let me through but who knows.
There's also formal invitations but for those she would have to provide a document for her income and some kind of paper proving her ownership over a property or a rent contract and she doesn't have any of these as she lives with her parents and they own both places. She doesn't have an official source of income either, just benefit payments due to health complications as far as I know.

Perhaps someone would know what to do? I asked my girlfriend to call the border guard and ask but she isn't sure about it and they probably would approach me differently in some way from what is described since it isn't 2023 anymore and customs have changed since then. I fled to Poland before when the invasion just started but then came back because my mom decided to return. A year later I applied for a technikum in PL and went there through an official zaproszenie letter from my legal guardian in Poland at the time. I had to come back due to them requiring me to get a medical diagnosis for every condition I had but by that point I turned 18 and couldn't go until they changed the law in 2025 and by then it was already too late and the Ukrainian side of those who organized my trip and further support with my studies kept ignoring me and my parents. It's a long story and really not much came of it, sadly. It's unfortunate.
