Do I need to use 4h/4l with ft4wd?

I know if I had PT4wd I need to “exercise” it for like 10 miles or whatever per the manual. I have a FT4wd. Do I need to go to 4 high and/or 4 low to keep those components moving and lubricated like Toyota recommends PT4wds? I have no idea.

I can get a platinum for 3k more than a limited. I think it’s worth it, but I’m not sure. It does have 10 year battery warranty, but something I wouldn’t have to worry about after 10 years as much. It does have less annoying start/stop with the hybrid, HUD and etc.

Any thoughts?
