


How I lost 171 pounds fasting and keto and my update.
Ever since I made that post Saturday night I been getting a lot of messages asking what I actually eat lol. Truth is I don’t really wanna flood everybody timeline with food pics every single day because I know some of y’all probably looking at my meals like “hell nah” 😂
But at the same time… this is really how I lost 173 pounds in around 8 months. Keto, one meal a day, staying consistent, and keeping my ass disciplined even on days I ain’t feel like it.
So I’m thinking about just posting my meals on my personal profile for the people that actually wanna see it or need ideas. It ain’t gonna be fancy healthy influencer type meals either. Just regular food that helped me stay on track and changed my life.
