I have seen a lot of discourse about how "public is losing interest in funny boy" songs like Chachacha or Europapa because of how badly Ferto did (in comparison to the hype - 10th is still a great placement, idk what yall on). But I feel this crowd of people who vote for those songs just shifted to Bangaranga this year. I think the novelty / high energy repetitive songs are still very much in demand but most people are just blinded by the fact that it is just not a man who performed it.

With many very AI dodgy looking staging background this year, I feel that there is a need celebrate entries that really went out of their way to handcraft great staging visuals. Was going through all the voting records this year to pick up interesting televote scores, and one of the biggest anomalies have to be Australia's televote score to a certain country.

Australia gave it 12s in 2025 and 2024 but suddenly it received not only 0 points but also was ranked 20th out of the televote. Not going to suggest anything but I mean, did they forget to wake up down under?
