1st floor of the tavern (not shown) has check-in, main kitchen, store room, cellar access, and the private party function room. 3rd (top) floor is the tavern keeper's private apartment which also happens to be the location of our alchemy and enchanting area.
We have been building up our pirate lord base for a little while now. The main idea being that we found this location abandoned by the Spanish and decided to expand upon it. Still lots to add to it but it is coming together quite well. Featured is the main Spanish villa home, the craftsman guild, the blacksmith and the inn/tavern.
We still want to add a graveyard, watch towers, crew quarters, first mate housing and a few other things. Part of this build is the half-ship my partner built and we showed off in another post.
My partner has spent days trying to recreate a ship inside of our base and tried her best to blend it into the rest of the town somewhat like Pirates of the Caribbean 3's Shipwreck Cove.
