Going to my first card show this Saturday at the Bucs Stadium!

Going to my first card show this weekend and have some questions about pricing and even etiquette.
I really want to invest in having a collection consisting of only PSA 10s and right now according to the collectr app I have around $600 marketplace value in raw cards. (15 cards total)
Does accepting cash vs trade really matter?
2 examples I’m thinking in my head :
Example 1 : I bring $600 in raw cards to a table to trade get offered 80% trade value so $480 and then trade for a PSA 10 card at full marketplace of $480 . Example 1 I lose $120 in value
Example 2 : I bring $600 the same $600 in raw cards to a table to sell at say 72.5% for cash now I have $435 in cash that I then bring to a different vendor and now negotiate a $480 for 90% value cash price and pay him $435 ish cash.
Am I missing something or is this pretty much how it goes at card shows or on the trade scenario can I also devalue his marketplace card some % once I have a trade value offer?
Sorry for being so green and new just don’t want to look like an idiot at my first show by offending someone but also don’t want to be taken advantage of
