Should I be worried?

Hi, so I got this app called Plant Lush around four months ago. I got a subscription for the app but it wasn’t that helpful, so I unsubscribed to it after like three days of using it.

Around a month later I tried downloading a app, but the App Store kept telling me I needed to verify my payment method. So I verified it but no matter how many times I did it, I was unable to download any apps and I was kept getting brought back to the same verify payment method page.

I checked my subscriptions and it told me that the Plant Lush app was inactive but I had to renew it, so I did. Right after that I canceled the subscription. It worked for a while and I was able to download apps again. but then around a month later, I was faced with the same issue, so I did it again. but right after I canceled the subscription, I deleted the app as well. And the same thing happened, it worked for a while, but then I was unable to download any apps a month later.

Is this an Apple glitch or is the app bugged, and is there any way I could get my money back?

So for context i got 8 chicks and all of them are doing fine except this one. Her eyes are closed, she is wobbly, and won’t move on her own. She doesn’t eat food, and her crop is small. But she does chirp a lot. This is my first time raising chicks, so please tell me what I can do.
