I’ve had a Luba AWD1000 for over 3 years and overall it has worked great. Recently, though, it stopped charging.

The mower returns to the dock normally and aligns correctly. The dock is on flat, level ground, and I’ve cleaned all of the charging contacts. I even used a wire brush on the base station contacts, which helped temporarily once, but now it’s back to not charging.

Has anyone run into this before? Any ideas on what might be causing it or how to fix it?
