Supporting a partner w/ lymphadema?

Hey all, I'm looking for advice on the best ways to support and show up for my partner who has bilateral lower leg lymphadema. She's had it since 2020 and it's at stage 4 now. We're working with Stanford hospital to do treatments but I'm wondering if there's anything I can do outside of that to really help out? I already help with putting on pumps, applying lotion as needed and doing massages but I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do to help out. She doesn't normally like to ask for help so I'm asking here to see what others normally ask their partners/support system for help with. Thanks in advance y'all

Binder recommendations for disabled person?

Hey all, I'm looking for a good binder that can be easily pulled on during pain flares and limited mobility moments. I'm partially disabled and I have yet to see anyone talk about binders that make it easy to pull on when in pain flares. I have been struggling a bit with numbness in one arm so I'd like something I could pull on one handed if possible. I'm a bit on the larger size atm but honestly I'm working to get surgery soon so hopefully this isn't forever. Any recommendations? Price range is pretty high tbh I'm willing to go up to $175-200 max since I don't want another GC2B. Thanks in advance (delete if needed I tried searching for a few hours now and couldn't find anything whoops)
