I had to move from QB Desktop Premier 2021 which I loved as Intuit would no longer allow me to email invoices and sales orders through the software. Due to the volume I send, saving them as PDF's and emailing them through my email client was not a viable alternative.

My accountant migrated my company files to QBO Pro last week. I can email Invoices through the software but I am unable to email Sales Orders. I have been dealing with Tech Support and they are not being very helpful.

Is this a known issue? I have to be able to email Sales orders for my business.
