So basically, in the coming weeks, i have my finals, and i go to a library to study. I find it hard to focus mostly and very tedious. I mostly go to the library with public transport. But last week, i decided to switch up and take the bike. The cycling was very hard, and when i came to the library, i was drenched in sweat, but it was so worth it. I sat down and had a 3 hour focus session. Holy shit it felt like i was on a drug. I mostly struggle with focusing, and i zone out a lot. I thought this was a coincidence and did it the next day again, and it happend again. This has been really helpful. So, to anyone wanting to enhance their focus, try cycling before your task.
