I put together working FPS unlock patches for 103 PS3 games tested on real CFW hardware

I’ve been cleaning up and merging PS3 FPS unlock patches from PSXPlace, RPCS3 patch.yml, GitHub repos, and community posts into one usable pack.

This release includes:

• 39 Artemis patches I personally verified on a real PS3
• 64 more confirmed by Joey85, Nascar1243, and others from the PSXPlace community
• 2,542 extra auto-converted .ncl files in the full USERLIST/ for stuff that hasn’t all been hardware-tested yet

Some of the games included: Uncharted 1/2, The Last of Us, Skyrim, Fallout 3/NV, GTA IV, Killzone 2/3, Resistance 2/3, MGS4, Dead Space 2/3, Lollipop Chainsaw, Deadpool, Sleeping Dogs, Mirror’s Edge, Sonic Unleashed, and more.

You can use the patches in 3 ways:

• Artemis .ncl files
• PS3MAPI live patching through webMAN MOD
• Direct config edits for a few games like Crysis, F.E.A.R. 2, Bad Company 1/2, etc.

What’s different here is that I also fixed a few patches that worked in RPCS3 but had problems on real hardware, and I listed the known broken ones instead of just dumping everything in.

I updated to cfw 4.3 and now it wont read discs, why?

Why are my ps3 fans still so loud even after using recommended settings from YouTube? Even just sitting in xmb menu its loud . I have pulled apart numerous amounts of time and redid thermal paste and cleaned fans

Hey I just got a my old ps3 and wanted to mod it. it’s good to be modded, I did the HFW then went through that step did flash writer switch my file within the usb put it back in to install evil nat, went to system then media stick download, it went though then after a few updates and some other stuff this popped up. but after this pops up I’ll click start and it either gives me a serious error code please ask for assistance. or a error code. idk what I did wrong especially bc I thought I was following the steps to a tee. now I’m thinking I have to clear the hard drive then try.

I have been trying for hours to get my saves from RPCS3 transferred to my CFW PS3 and each time I think I'm getting close I hit another roadblock. I've tried so many things I've forgotten them all but I'll try to catalog them the best I can:

ATTEMPT #1: First, I went to Mr. Mario's video and followed what I thought was a straightforward process. However, there were two problems: First, the game he shows uses the exact same folder from the source folder and the new save file. with him seemingly replacing the files. Meanwhile, one of the games I'm trying to copy, The Godfather Don's Edition, uses a differently named folder depending on where it was saved. The new game I made on my real PS3 uses a folder named "BLUS30023-THEGODFATHER20185188" while all of my other RPCS3 saves use any other combination of numbers at the end, so they cannot be directly replaced. Also, I later noticed that he's talking about transferring files from PS3 to PS3, NOT emulator to PS3, which is a problem since (apparently?) RPCS3 does not use any save encryption. No problem, I thought, just encrypt the save... how hard can it be?

ATTEMPT #2: I proceed to play around with Apollo save tool and see what I can do. I try resigning it a million different ways with every given option. I try decrypting the file, re-encrypting it, replacing files on top of one another, and each time when it looks like it's about to work it hits me with a 80120003 error when trying to load the save.

ATTEMPT #3: After doing some hardcore googling and watching some really poorly made youtube tutorials I find this seemingly ancient "bruteforce savedata" tool for save games, thinking this is my saving grace. Multiple tutorials say to "decrypt" my real PS3 game and re-encrypt my RPCS3 ones, but never go into much detail about how to do that. No matter what I do, both the "encrypt" and "decrypt" buttons in the program are greyed out. This program looks super old and is impossible to find any good documentation on, so at this point I decide I've strayed too far from the beaten path and decide to come here as a last ditch effort to see if anyone can wrap their head around this.

TLDR: So basically, I have a lot of RPCS3 Godfather saves (plus more I haven't gotten to yet). 11 to be exact. I can resign them with apollo, and they show up fine in the menu, but when I try to load them they throw up the same 801 error. Nothing I seem to do fixes it and tools and documentation seem very limited for this sort of thing, and not to mention very old. I'm looking for someone who has some experience with doing this thing that can help me.

If you don't mind, give DETAILED instructions please. Assume I know nothing, because I don't.

ignore stewart btw, but i have no clue what i could have done for... it fixes itself after a reboot, but is it just a bad install or something?

like i was in mmCM for no less then 5 minutes, i swear i clicked 2 things i couldnt remember and then BAM, hit l1 on my controller and full on this

i tried modding my ps3 and it didn’t work so i just reset and deleted everything but this won’t go away

Always getting into empty lobbies. Nat type 2, changed DNS, controller settings are on traditional. No luck. Any tips?

Please help! Played this many times about a month ago. Turned on and now it won’t connect to wired/wireless internet. It instantly fails on the internet connection portion. I didn’t change anything since last time online. Version 4.92. Thanks!

I've been playing my games off an external HDD just fine until I plugged into my console this "zero delay board" I'm using as an arcade stick interface. Games suddenly would takes ages to load or wouldn't even launch.

At first I thought it was a HFW or a webMAN issue but nope. I updated and reinstalled those, but things only returned to normal once I unplugged this board.

Could it be causing some kind of interference with my drive?
