Games freeze and unfreeze on startup/black screen, infinite loading, CTD
So I re-downloaded games I have 200+ hrs in but when I launch them they have black screen and take awhile to get to the splash screens and they always freeze for a min and un freeze then freeze again and so on and on. Some games have low fps even though I didnt uninstall (CS2 is now below 60 fps going into under 30 and freezing/unfreezing when I used to get 200+). Games in question, BF6, Rocket League, Apex. I recently installed HZD:Remastered for the first time and that is the same, I manged to launch it in windowed mode and I was able to get past the initial options and the starting movie plays but it freezes/unfreezes constantly to the point it just freezes and CTD. I also notice that my RBG case fans change back to their default colour when loading these games and sometimes they go back to my set colour and back to default.
I noticed with BF6, RL, Apex, CS2 my GPU utilisation goes to 0% when I launch them and fluctuates to like 4% maybe a blip above 10%
Games that do work and no issues- KF3, Windrose, Stalker 2, Nioh 3, MH:Wilds, Rome 2 TW, BL4, AC:Valhalla, STS 2, POE 2.
Specs- MOBO- B450m tomohawk Max
CPU- Ryzen 5 5800x3d
GPU- RX 7800 XT 16GB
RAM- 32GB 3600MHz
Troubleshooting- DDU GPU driver and clean install, revert to older driver, power management settings to high, set pci to gen 3 instead of auto, updated bios and chipsets. No edits to andrenelin setting (default). Changed setting in andrenelin to 10% power limit and min/max freq 2100/2600 (current setting)
Any ideas on what might have caused this or more troubleshooting I can try?
