About once a week, something takes over my computer, goes to settings on Google, then (usually) changes my search algorithm to Yahoo, and finally searches "6048f04d-26dd-441a-9c55-a1c0da4f206e" on a new tab, before closing out of the pages its opened, leaving things how they looked before it started. I've run Malwarebytes and Hitman Pro, and neither of these has found anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

My system model is a Dell 16 Plus DB16250.
