Adding I-140 Account Online

I have an existing online account for my I-765 OPT. A duplicate profile was automatically generated for my paper-filed I-140 NIW using the same email. It tells me the account is already linked, but the case does not appear on my dashboard.

Has anyone experienced this, how did you go about it?

Has anyone applied for H1B regular processing around November 2025 and got feedback from USCIS?

Had anyone got approvals or updates recently? I feel like I'm in the dark.

Is there a chance that if I submit a new H1B petition with a different employer (University) using premium processing, it'll be adjudicated within 15 days? Has anyone had this experience?
