How do the Uhaul dual axle utility trailers only have a max load capacity of 2800 lbs?
My single axle trailer has a max load of 3500....

Thinking about a thin layer of self-levelling cement but worried about adhesion. House will be getting demolished in 5-6 years so it doesn’t have to last very long
