Hi, is anyone aware of organizations or coalitions advocating for neighbors of AirBnB's? (I have already tried contacting my City Council member).

The City resources I could find all seemed focused on facilitating "home sharing." There doesn't appear to be any pathway for neighbors to report issues like "guests" blocking driveways, having parties that spill into the street, setting off fireworks, etc.

It seems contrary to the public interest to undermine hotel tax revenue and the availability of housing, but here we are.
