as title says , im in the trial period for my contacts and i just got them , and suddenly i cant read my phone , my pc monitor or even books up close . my contacts are for long range , im 21 and my sight isnt that bad , its like -1.00 in one eye and -1.75 in the other i think ? i usually just cant read the plates on cars if theyre not close or far away signs

however right now , i cant read my keyeboard , the same issue i have for long distance i am now getting for short . is this an adjustment period ? something i should talk to the opticians about ? i was fine when i first put them in now im struggling
