Really really really struggling to find a Biology DIS position for the fall. I feel like I have emailed so many professors, and they just don't respond. I completely understand that everyone is busy, but I put a lot of time into researching their research and talking about it in the email. Maybe I am doing too much, but I spend 2+ hours per email. I am worried that it's now too late to find a position. I am a junior, so UROP is not an option. My dream career is to be a women's health researcher, but I'd take any bio research position at this point. I just feel stuck and don't know where to go at this point 😞
