Hi guys,

For a bit of context, I was removing fitted wardrobes in a house I bought just recently. It’s an older house, built in 30’s.

The wardrobes were sitting on top of these floorboards that has black finish. Just wondering if there would be potential for asbestos to be present or if it’s just black varnish/paint. Pics attached
