Capital One Point Conversion Advantage?
I'm opening a Capital One Quicksilver just for the small opening bonus, and I was wondering if Capital One has a similar mechanism to the Chase ecosystem where getting an opening bonus (in the form of points) is better converted to travel points/credits than used as cash?
From my understanding, Capital One does not have a similarly advantageous conversion process to Chase, but I also know that the general rule of thumb is that converting your points to cash is one of the least efficient ways to use points. Please advise, I'm relatively new to the credit card game. TIA!
