Built a free fix & flip analyzer after getting tired of spreadsheets — happy to share it
Been flipping for a while and got sick of maintaining a spreadsheet every time I wanted to run numbers on a potential deal. Half the time I'd be on-site or driving and couldn't pull it up properly anyway.
So I built a simple web tool that does it all instantly — purchase price, rehab, carrying costs, hard money financing, profit, ROI, MAO, deal grade. You just plug in the numbers and it tells you if the deal pencils or not. Also generates a PDF you can hand straight to your lender.
